Wholesale terms

These terms apply to approved wholesale customers ordering Pocket Hearts through pockethearts.ie.

Orders

• Ireland delivery only
• Minimum 50 hearts per order
• Minimum 10 units per design (SKU)
• Wholesale orders are submitted for invoice processing
• Payment by bank transfer as stated on your invoice

Shipping

Shipping is added to your invoice (from €12; final amount confirmed when your order is ready to dispatch). Wholesale orders within Ireland are sent via An Post with tracking included.

VAT

Pocket Hearts is not registered for VAT. No VAT is charged on wholesale invoices unless you are notified otherwise in writing.

Returns

Wholesale orders are not covered by the standard 30-day retail return policy. Please check quantities carefully before submitting your order. Defective or damaged goods must be reported promptly with photos.

Handmade items

Slight differences in colour, size, texture, or pattern are normal on handmade glass and are not considered defects.
