Shipping policy
SHIPPING
I aim to dispatch all orders — including personalised items — on the same or next working day.
For orders of more than 50 personalised hearts, please allow an additional 5–7 working days.
Shipping costs are calculated by weight and all orders are sent via An Post standard post, which is untracked. If you'd prefer tracked or registered postage, you can upgrade at checkout.
Please note that depending on your destination, customs duties or import VAT may apply on arrival — these are outside of my control and are the buyer's responsibility. See the Customs section below for more detail.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
I'm happy to accept returns or exchanges on items in brand new, unused condition, reviewed on a case by case basis. Please get in touch within 14 days of receiving your order.
Return postage is the responsibility of the buyer. Once I receive the item, I'll arrange your exchange or refund promptly.
Please note that custom and personalised pieces are non-refundable.
CUSTOMS & IMPORT DUTIES
Please be aware that customs fees, import duties, and taxes imposed by your country are outside of my control and are not included in the product price or shipping cost — these are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
Customs policies vary widely between countries, so I'd recommend checking with your local customs office if you're unsure what to expect.
If a parcel is refused and returned to me due to unpaid customs fees, a refund will be issued excluding the original shipping cost.
ABOUT YOUR POCKET HEART
Every Pocket Heart is individually hand-crafted from recycled glass — no two are ever the same. The solid glass heart is over 8mm deep and is made to last a lifetime.
All designs are hand-painted by me and kiln-fused directly into the glass, so the artwork is permanently embedded — it's not going anywhere! Any leftover scrap glass is simply recycled back into future pieces. Zero waste, always.
Please handle with care — as with all glass, it can cut if broken.
SUSTAINABILITY
Pocket Hearts have a tiny carbon footprint. The glass is 100% recycled and sourced locally, less than 4km from my studio. The cello bags are made from cornstarch bioplastic and are certified compostable (brown bin). The glass itself can go straight into clear glass recycling, and the card into the green bin.
Any 'heart seconds' are donated to the Sanctuary in Dublin, where they're placed around the space for people to take. Nothing goes to waste.
CUSTOM DESIGNS
This is where a Pocket Heart becomes something truly special. Whether for a wedding, birthday, christening, or funeral — a personalised hand made heart is a meaningful, lasting gift for guests to take home.

All wholesale orders within Ireland are sent via An Post with tracking included.
